Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, and you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All claims must include clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered
- Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping fees are none-refundable.
